Pastor

Dwayne is currently the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He serves as a pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for developing the next generation of Biblical counselors. The Board of Directors he serves on is to Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online publications and is a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Achieving Change in Lives with God's Unchanging The Truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie and their three kids.
